Transcriptome analysis by expression microarrays of breast cancer derived from the Cancer Institute Hospital of Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research.

Overall design

Messenger RNA were extracted from primary tumor of 29 breast cancer patients, hybridized and scanned with Affymetrix GeneChip Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 array.
